1. General Rules

Cue King Snooker & Billiards Club is a private recreational club. Entry and use of facilities are subject to club policies and management discretion.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual without prior notice or explanation.

All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, management, and fellow customers at all times.

2. Age Policy

Entry is permitted only to customers who meet the minimum legal age requirement in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Valid government-issued identification may be requested at any time. Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of entry.

3. Playing Time & Charges

Playing time is charged according to the selected table type and duration.

Time begins when the table is assigned and continues until the table is vacated.

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used playing time.

4. Bookings & Reservations

Advance reservations are strongly recommended, especially during peak hours.

Late arrival may result in reduced playing time without adjustment in charges.

Management reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust bookings when operationally necessary.

5. Equipment & Property

Customers are responsible for all club equipment during use, including but not limited to tables, cues, balls, racks, and accessories.

Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or inappropriate handling will be charged to the responsible customer.

Personal cues may be permitted subject to staff inspection and approval.

6. Conduct & Safety

Proper sportsmanship and respectful behavior are mandatory.

Aggressive behavior, abusive language, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises.

Cue King Snooker & Billiards Club is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe play or failure to follow safety guidelines.

7. Food & Beverages

Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited unless prior approval is granted by management.

All refreshments purchased from the club must be consumed within designated areas.

8. Personal Belongings

Customers are solely responsible for their personal belongings.

Cue King Snooker & Billiards Club shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

9. Dress Code

Appropriate and decent attire is required at all times.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals wearing inappropriate clothing.

10. Photography & Media

Photography or videography for commercial, promotional, or business purposes requires prior written approval from management.

By entering the premises, customers consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing and promotional purposes unless they explicitly inform management otherwise.

11. Memberships & Promotions

Membership benefits, discounts, packages, and promotional offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions.

Cue King reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any membership plan, offer, or promotion without prior notice.

12. Management Rights

Cue King Snooker & Billiards Club reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most recent version published on the official website shall apply.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from the use of the club facilities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
